"When I thought of the theme "Beneath the Surface" I imagined a platformer that enabled the player to delve deeper through the levels visually by seeing them as they complete them in a parallaxing background. the platformer quickly turned into a top-down due to gravity programming frustration and Blunderer's main mechanic was born! "glitchy-rigidbody-physics- spinning!".. This bug became a feature as i decided to emulate Sonic 1's bonus levels that made me cry as a child." - Author's description
